These rules (“Rules”) govern the use of TravelOne Technologies Inc. (“TravelOne”) by Travel Agencies, Suppliers, and Travelers (“Users”). By using the TravelOne, Users agree to be bound by the terms of these Rules.
1. User Conduct
1.1 Users must not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity, including but not limited to the sale of stolen goods, the sale of illegal drugs, or the provision of false or misleading information.
1.2 Users must not use TravelOne for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to the sale of goods or services, unless specifically authorized by TravelOne.
1.3 Users must not engage in any activity that could damage the reputation or integrity of TravelOne, including but not limited to the posting of defamatory or offensive content.
1.4 Users must not use TravelOne to harass, threaten, or intimidate other Users or third parties.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when making bookings or payments through TravelOne.
2.2 Users must fulfil all obligations under any booking made through TravelOne, including but not limited to payment for travel services.
2.3 Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the provision and purchase of travel services, including but not limited to taxes and currency exchange regulations.
3. User Content
3.1 Users may upload or post content to TravelOne, including but not limited to reviews, images, and videos (“User Content”).
3.2 User Content must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
3.3 User Content must not be defamatory, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Rules.
3.4 TravelOne reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Rules or that TravelOne considers to be inappropriate or offensive.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 TravelOne and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in TravelOne, including but not limited to the platform technology, design, and content.
4.2 Users must not use TravelOne for any purpose that infringes the intellectual property rights of TravelOne or its licensors.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
5.1 TravelOne provides the platform and services on an “as is” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of TravelOne or the information, content, or materials included on the platform.
5.2 TravelOne will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of TravelOne, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
5.3 TravelOne does not endorse or assume any liability for any User Content or travel services offered through TravelOne.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 In the event of a dispute between Users, the parties must attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation or arbitration.
6.2 If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation or arbitration, it may be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction.
7. Changes to the Rules
7.1 TravelOne may change these Rules at any time by posting updated Rules on the platform.
7.2 Users agree to be bound by any changes to the Rules and are responsible for regularly reviewing
