Meeting Point

You will visit a unique place. The Naplesbay lab pizza laboratory is based in the first café chantan in Italy, which takes its name from the queen, to whom they dedicated the pizza. A place of historical and cultural value, located in the Palazzo della Galleria Umberto in Naples.

The perfect pizza making class in Naples!

We had so much fun during this authentic Neopolitan pizza making class with our chef, Daniele! It was super hands on and we got so many tips that we are excited to apply back home. He also made sure all of our pizzas came out great. Humor was a plus! Definitely recommend.

Who best to learn how to make pizza from than a chef in Naples?! Gabrielle was our host, and we loved his obvious passion and energy for his craft. It was such a fun lesson and everything was as described. We had a small group of 6 too which was better. Thank you!

My partner and I had an amazing time at the pizza-making class! Chef Alex made the experience both fun and educational. His sense of humor kept us laughing throughout, while his clear and professional instruction made it easy to follow along. We learned a lot about crafting delicious pizzas, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to learn and have a great time in the kitchen!

I went with my teenager on a pizza pilgrimage to Naples so a pizza class seemed like a must. Chef Bruno did not disappoint! Although this wasn’t the best pizza we ate in Naples (probably our own fault haha!) we learned a lot of hands on techniques that you just can’t learn from YouTube, like how pizza dough should feel, how to stretch it out, how to transfer it back onto the baking sheet, etc. Bruno is obviously passionate and knowledgeable about Neapolitan pizza and it was fun to listen to him or ask him questions about all aspects!

We went to the Neapolitan Pizza Making Class at the Mammina pizzeria in Naples. The venue was easy to find and we were welcomed with a friendly smile. The venue was very impressive and we only experienced a small part of it. We were told it was actually as big as the Umberto Gallery right next door. Our chef was Bruno, he was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Neapolitan Pizza. Watching him at work was very impressive and his teaching skills were second to none. Both myself and my wife love making homemade pizza back home (well obviously) but we really learned a lot of new skills and techniques and that's all down to Bruno. He happily answered questions and his advice was really helpful. Even if you want to do something different from the usual tourist stuff then I can't recommend this highly enough. You won't be disappointed.
