• Cruise Ship Passengers: Meeting point is the UPPER STATION of the cable car. Look for our driver/guide holding a sign with your name for easy identification. • Hotel Guests: If you’re staying at a hotel write the name of your hotel, the meeting points are either the hotel lobby or the nearest accessible location for vehicles. Your driver/guide will be holding a sign with your name for quick recognition. • Air Travel Arrivals: For passengers arriving by airplane, the meetup spot is the arrivals area at the airport. Spot your driver/guide easily by looking for a sign with your name. Ensure a smooth transition from your journey to your onward transportation.

What To Expect

1. Firostefani Optional visit: Photo stop at the famous Blue Dome in the old village north of Fira, which is now united with them and is a settlement. It is characterized by traditional settlements and views of the capital, the sea and the volcano. 15 minutes

2. Oia Optional visit: It is a traditional settlement in the north of Santorini. Oia is one of the most photographed places in the world, situated on top of an impressive cliff and offers spectacular views. In Oia there are two types of dwellings: the cave houses dug into the volcanic rock on the Caldera cliffs, and the Captains houses. The world famous sunset in Oia is available by choosing an afternoon departure. 1 hour

3. Pyrgos Optional visit: Pyrgos is the highest village of Santorini with 33 churches. There you can see the traditional houses.Traditional architecture, remains of neo-classical mansions, narrow winding paths leading up the hillside, small white houses, galleries, vineyards, churches with blue domes. 25 minutes

4. Monastery of Profitis Ilias Optional visit: the highest mountain that stands some 2,000 feet (600 meters) above the sea. Be amazed by the island vistas around you (360 degrees), and then follow your guide inside the ornate Greek Christian monastery perched at the mountain’s summit. 20 minutes

5. Perissa Black Sand Beach Optional visit: Free time to relax and enjoy a lazy break at the most famous black sandy beach of the island at Perissa, where you can swim or even have lunch, tasting the local flavors. 1 hour

6. Red Beach Optional visit: Admire the red layer of sand at the Red Beach. What makes the beach absolutely charming is its impressive red rock formations, which form a breathtaking landscape. 20 minutes

7. Akrotiri Archaeological Site Optional visit: Explore the Akrotiri Archaeological Site, a prehistoric Bronze Age city, frozen in time by ash that fell during the Minoan volcanic eruption 3600 years ago. Some speculate that this is the origin of the mythical city of Atlantis.Visitors are welcome to explore the archaeological site of Akrotiri at their own pace. 40 minutes

8. Megalochori - Traditional Village Optional visit: This settlement is made of hundreds of small white painted houses with exquisite architecture. The picturesque Megalochori is a maze of winding streets, with whitewashed houses and churches with blue domes and ornate bell towers. 30 minutes

9. Estate Argyros Optional visit: Estate Argyros has been established in 1903, but the Argyros family has been involved in wine production for decades before that. It is the largest private owner of vineyards in Santorini and the current landholdings exceed 120 ha, a vast, four-generations-long investment. 30 minutes

10. Santo Wines Optional visit: Visit and tour of the winery, show of an educational film about wine, winetastings, purchase from the shop of local products from Santorini and from across the country make up some of what you can do here. A taste of wines. Specialized enologists give away the wine’s hidden secrets, while the visitors may taste and get to know the various types of company’s famous wines.One of its pluses is also the magical views of the caldera. 30 minutes

11. Wine Museum Koutsogiannopoulos Optionas visit: A unique natural wine museum to learn the history of wine production in Santorini dated from 1660 to 1970. The museum occupies a natural cave of 300 meters long with corridors shaped like maze. 30 minutes

We loved our tour. Joanna is an excellent acknowledgeable tourist guide. She showed as spectacular sight-seeings of the island. Totally we enjoyed the time on Santorini with her.

Three hours well spent

Highly recommend this tour if you want to see parts of Santorini that are off the beaten path. The length is perfect to experience the highlights of the island and still have time in the day to shop, eat, stroll, etc. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we very much enjoyed our time with him!

More than we expected in Santorini!

We had an amazing tour in Santorini with Vasily. We saw a lot more than we expected and loved getting out of the typical Santorini area. Vasily was full of great information, and it really made the tour enjoyable. He took amazing pics of our family that we will have forever. Be prepared for a wait to go up the cable car in the stifling heat! There is a long wait to Go down as well. What Vasily could control, he did a great job. We would highly recommend the tour and our guide as well. He made the day extra special with his sunny attitude!

Joanna our guide was the best. She met us at Fira at the cable car, she made our itinerary and we visited most famous places on the island. We enjoy traditional village and the black snd beach where we had lunch at acropolis restaurant.

My family of 9 had a wonderful time on our tour. Electra asked what we wanted to do abd see and made it happen. She knew a lot of information about the area which made for an insightful and informative tour. My mom uses a cane to walk and she took great care of her during our tour. I would reccomend this tour to anyone traveling to Santorini.
