We pick you up in vans equipped with air conditioning, we have the best service in the state, the food is prepared with the highest standards of hygiene. Please feel completely safe with our zip lines which cover the highest safety worldwide standards. We recommend bringing towel with you and water shoes or close toe sandals, also you must use biodegradable sunblock. Due to our commitment to nature, we suggest using biodegradable products. The experience is so incredible that it takes you to live the Mayan jungle in its 3 terrains, in the air on our Ziplines, in the water at our cenote, and on land on our ATVs. It is important to mention that only 18 years old and above are permitted to drive, if not, you need to share an ATV. All our vans are sanitized daily, we are a certified company in Quintana Roo. Pickup Details

If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go for a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up for Cancun is between 7:30 am to 8:30 am, for Playa del Carmen is between 7:00 to 8:50 and the second is for a noon tour and the pick up for Cancun is between 11:30 am to 12:30 pm and for Playa del Carmen is between 11:00 am to 12:55 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule via mail or via text message. The activity starts at 9:30 and 13:30. In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation will be edited with the correct zone through the booking engine.

Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.

For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
The weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines and 300 pounds for ATVs
We recommend you bring: clothes change, towel, closed shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and bandanas for ATVs.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a blast of a day

We had a blast celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary on this tour. Riding ATVs, ziplining, drinking margaritas, swimming in a cenote and tasting tequila. Pablo and his crew were friendly, clear with their instructions and kept us safe and having so much fun. Thank you!

When I tell you this was by far the best experience I had, it was the best! When we first arrived we were able to upgrade our package which allowed us to do way more. The customer service was top tier everyone was so friendly and helpful the entire time of our excursion. The crew was able to get snap shot pictures of our entire experience as well. With the long hours of our activities it ended with unlimited food and drinks and music. It was such a nice experience. This was a first time experwince for me and they made me feel very at ease.

Trip was fun, we had a great group with us! Alexis (our tour guide) literally went for a deep dive to find my daughters phone when it popped off her neck in the cenote Alexis (tour guide) was very engaged and interactive and seemed to be having just as much fun as we were

Love ittttt!!!!! Will be back soon. The host was wonderful. I enjoyed everything. I kinda wish the atv was a little longer but it was good. I did upgrade and that cool.
