AirBnB's or other addresses, will be directed to the nearest MEETING POINT to your location. If you are in ISLA MUJERES or COZUMEL, consider that, to be collected, you will need to cross and reach the provided meeting point. We don't do pickups on these islands. If you were provided with a meeting point, you are responsible for finding the appropriate transportation to reach the given place, which, in most of the cases, is at walking distance. 3. Chichen Itza Next, get ready to explore Chichén Itzá, one of the "New 7 Wonders of the World." This archaeological site, a testament to the wisdom and skill of the Maya, will leave you amazed with its impressive structures and rich history. 2 hours

4. Valladolid Finish your journey to Valladolid, a town full of color and life. Stroll through its cobblestone streets, admire its colonial architecture, and immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture. Backpacks are not allowed inside Chichen Itza by official regulations of the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH in Spanish).
We will refuse access to the activity on signs of intoxication. Booking will be canceled with no right to refund.
Minimum drinking age is 18 years.
Children under four years old and with a maximum height of 100 cm, not using a seat, have free entrance.

Please be mindful of your belongings. We cannot be held responsible for items left behind on our transport vehicles or at our facilities. In the event that you recover a lost item, there will be a charge of 500 to 700 Mexican Pesos for operational expenses. This fee covers the delivery of your item to your hotel in Cancún. For other destinations, customers will need to visit our offices to retrieve their forgotten belongings. Your cooperation in safeguarding your belongings is greatly appreciated.

Wonderful Chichen Itza Experience with Miriam

We had an amazing time with Miriam! Our trip to Chichen Itza was smooth and relaxing. She started by giving us brief directions and then launched into a great talk about all the monuments. Miriam was fantastic at giving instructions and sharing cultural facts about Mayan history. The online booking process was quick and efficient, making the whole experience even better. This tour was fantastic, packed with activities from start to finish. Our guide, Miguel, was a true gem. He knew so much about the Mayan culture, making our visit to Chichen Itza fascinating and fun. The Cenote was real treat ! It was refreshing and just what we needed. After our swim, we enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch with plenty of options for everyone. Valladolid was such a delightful town, full of beautiful buildings and lovely sights. The tour was well - organized, giving us plenty of time to soak in each spot. Overall, this tour was totally worth it. Miguel was amazing, and the itinerary was perfect. Highly recommend it for a memorable day!

The cenote was, hands down, one of the most stunning spots I've ever seen. I could have easily spent the whole day there! Plus, the buffet lunch that came with the tour was super tasty and had something for everyone. Chichen It's was really interesting to learn about, an amazing culture. Being at the ruins in front of the pyramid is really imposing. What really made the trip special were our driver, Isidro, and our guide, Lilly. Lilly's passion for what she does shone through, and she was just the sweetest person ever! Big thanks to her for making our day so memorable. Overall, this tour was totally worth it. Highly recommend for a fantastic adventure!

Howdy y’all! Our family recently took the Chichen Itza All-Inclusive Tour, and it was fantastic. As a dad traveling with teenagers, I was worried about keeping them engaged, but this tour hit the bullseye. The tour kicked off with a smooth, on-time pickup. First, we moseyed over to Valladolid for tasty snacks and charming sights. My kids loved learning about the local customs. Chichen Itza was the highlight. Walking through the ruins and hearing Isidro explain the hieroglyphs was incredible. My teens were captivated by the stories and the impressive pyramid. We had free time to explore and take family photos. To top it all off, we ended the day with a refreshing swim in Cenote Xcajum. The cenote was beautiful and unique. Overall, the tour was well-organized, educational, and a whole lot of fun. Excellent for any family looking for an engaging adventure in the while in Cancun. Y’all give it a go, you won’t regret it!
