For guests staying in the Cancun Hotel Zone, which is along Boulevard Kukulcan, please note the following specifics regarding pickup locations. If you are staying at an all-inclusive resort in this zone, pickup will be directly from your hotel lobby. However, for those staying at other types of accommodations in the Cancun Hotel Zone, we also provide a designated meeting point within the zone for your convenience. For guests staying in downtown Cancun, we offer several convenient meeting points. Additionally, there is a meeting point at Puerto Juarez Ultramar for guests staying in Isla Mujeres hotels. Please note that for hotels located between Four Points by Sheraton Cancun Centro and Moon Palace Cancun, the designated pickup location is One Cancun Centro. Pickup from all-inclusive hotels in the Riviera Maya, Akumal, and Tulum areas is also included. For guests staying in Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Playacar, and Tulum downtown or hotel zone, we provide several meeting points for your convenience. It is essential to mention your hotel or accommodation details when making your booking. To ensure a smooth experience, please contact the local supplier at least 48 hours before your tour to confirm your pickup time.

What To Expect

1. Chichen Itza 2.5-hour historical tour in one of the most famous ancient Yucatan cities - Chichen Itza. 3 hours

2. Cenote Ik kil One complete hour of refreshing swim on one of the most beautiful sinkholes in a cenote called Ik-Kil. Visit to cenote Ik-Kil is included only for travelers booking Visit to Cenote Ik-Kil option of the tour. 1 hour

3. Visit to Valladolid where you'll spend about 20 minutes in the center of the colonial city built in 16th century. 20 minutes

Bring towels, sunscreen and sunglasses, bottled water, remember to use biodegradable sunscreen.
You may want to bring a light sweater or jacket as it could get cold on the transportation on our way to Chichén Itzá and back.
Wear comfortable walking shoes or sneakers, flip flops are not recommended for the archaeological site.
Don’t bring tripod for your camera, as it is not allowed to get these inside the Mayan Ruins.
You must contact local supplier at least 24 hours before your product date to confirm your reservation and arrange transportation. Use the contact details on your confirmation/voucher.
Please don´t forget to specify your accommodation name and/or address in the booking.

Amazing experience!!!

Our tour guide was Abel. He was so entertaining and made the day go by fast! He was very funny and knowledgeable and told us a lot of history of the mayans. We had gone to chichen itza which was like a 2hr drive. Then spent time as a group there, as it is easy to get lost and were given time to take pictures. Then we spent an hour at the cenote. Then we had lunch in the Mayan village, and got to meet the mayans and the leader of the mayans. We really wanted to see the villages so we’re glad this was included in the tour. And then we spent around 30 mins at the Valladolid city. Where we got snacks and looked the the church. Overall it is a long day but however Abel made it worth it. So thank you. I thought everything was well organised even the drops offs and pick ups. Didn’t find it long waiting times like the comments had suggested. We were in a big group which was split in half

Be sure to bring sun protection hats, sunglasses, etc. and wear comfortable shoes. But it's worth every cent.

Trip to Chichen Itza

My husband and I just returned from a short trip to the Riveria Maya. We took the 1/2 day tour to Chichen Itza with Cancun Advertures. We were picked up at our resort. They arrived 10 minutes early. Our guide was Micael and our driver was Mr. Donnie. Micael was very knowledgeable about the Mayans and their culture. He was patient and answered everyone's questions and gave us plenty of time to take pictures. Our driver was also fantastic. He stayed with the bus and allowed us to board when we were done early so that we didn't have to sit in the humid weather waiting on the others to return. Lunch was provided in Valladolid and it was every good. I highly recommend this tour and if you are lucky enough to get both Mr. Donnie and Micael.

Highly recommended. Our Tour guide, Mario was excellent. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic to share. It's a jammed back day that does not disappoint. Be prepared to be out all day, but so worth it.
