Overview

See the Eiffel Tower the way Gustave Eiffel intended — while climbing it from the inside. That's why we created the world's first climbing tour, where your local guide will share the history of the tower's engineering as you ascend the different levels. But climbing the stairs isn't all you'll do. You'll have the chance to stop on each level, where you can get a bird's-eye view of the city. On the first level, you'll see amazing views around and even beneath you through the transparent floor. On the second level, take a break as your guide points out the Paris landmarks you can see from your vantage point. Want to make this tour even better? Upgrade to take the glass-walled elevator to the summit, where more spectacular views, a champagne bar, and Gustave Eiffel's restored private office await. If you choose the Seine River boat cruise upgrade, you'll end your day with a scenic boat ride.

Meeting Point

Meet the team outside the Eiffel Tower, without passing any security checks. They will be near the trees and benches outside the South Security Entrance (Entrance #1) on Allée des Refuzniks. The representatives will have orange hats and signs reading "ExperienceFirst" or "ExperienceFoundry".

What To Expect

1. Eiffel Tower Visit the first level of the Eiffel Tower, where your guide will tell you how to find the transparent floor, and the second level, where your guide can point out landmarks along the skyline and share tips for what else to see and do. Optional upgrade: Eiffel Tower Summit Reach the highest level at 905 feet to peek inside Gustave Eiffel’s office and finish your climb with a glass of champagne. Optional upgrade: Seine River Boat Cruise Your flexible ticket is good any time during your trip, so you can see the most famous sites of Paris as you take a scenic cruise. 2 hours

Please note that we don't send the tickets in advance. You will acquire the entry ticket to the Eiffel Tower directly from the guide.
Per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to see the summit, you’ll need to visit the summit right after the guided tour ends. Afterward, feel free to explore the other two floors on your way down. The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass floor, and occasional pop-ups.

Summit access may be subject to last minute closures according to safety measures at the Eiffel Tower. In the case of closure of the Summit, the portion of your tour price for the upgrade will be refunded.
Take our Paris shuttle after your tour for convenient transportation, included with your tour.
There are no storage lockers at the Eiffel Tower. If you bring a foldable stroller you will be responsible for carrying it up the stairs. Large luggage will not be allowed through security.
Seine River cruise tickets included ONLY IF option chosen at checkout. You MUST arrive on time for your tour in order to receive your boat tickets as they are distributed during check in. Tickets are valid for a year and can be used at any time following your Eiffel Tower tour.
The company charters a shuttle to provide convenient transportation to the Eiffel Tower. You can take the shuttle if you’re registered for this tour. The shuttle runs daily.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Wonderful! Our guide, Hendricks was the best part. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made the tour even better. Wonderful experience to the top, definitely would recommend using the stairs for the full experience
