No late arrivals will be accepted. If the group is not too big, there may be a 5 minutes grace period. Please arrive on time.
If you have a pacemaker, please let your tour guide know as there are security checks with metal detectors.
If one or multiple members in your group have a wheelchair, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
If you choose the climbing option, please ensure that you are fit to climb the stairs (15 min of climbing till the second floor with a break on the first floor for the tour).
If you have a wheelchair, you can only access the 2nd floor. Please book the 2nd floor option only. Also, if you let us know in advance, you can enter through a special access.
If you have crutches, you will not be able to access the top floor.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
