That's why tourists must visit our rum distillery and master class. Not only will they get to taste some of the finest rum available, but they'll also learn about the history and production process of this iconic spirit. learn about the distillation process, and witness the aging of the rum. But it's not just about the technicalities of rum production - our master class is an immersive experience that will allow visitors to truly appreciate the art of rum making. They'll meet our master distiller and hear about his passion for creating unique and flavorful rums. They'll also have the chance to try their hand at making their own flavours, and learn how create the perfect drink.

Meet us at the academy rum distillery. opposite loose cannon bar. once you come through the security gate we are immediately on the left hand side of the road.

The instructor Nelly and her partner were amazing! They were personable, fun and very knowledgeable. It was a very fun experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

This excursion was the highlight of my trip in Antigua. I did this excursion with my family and friends. We had an amazing time. We were impressed. A few of my family member joined us but did not purchase a course. They were impressed and had a good time as well. I would recommend taking this course. The icing on the cake is you get to leave with a bottle of yum. The instructor made it fun.

The experience was fabulous!!! We truly made rum!! Tasting various flavor ingredients and discussing with the presenters possibilities of what we were going to serve “our” rum with. Dessert or even breakfast with maple flavored rum. Spicy rum for the strong flavor! So many ways to show off our products!
