Pickup Details

We pick up guests from all Santorini hotels & Airbnb's. If your accommodation is not on the pickup list - don't worry. We will be able to pick you up, please advise manually after completing your booking. If a hotel is inaccessible by car due to restrictions, pickup will be held from a nearby location within a short walking distance. CRUISE SHIP TRAVELERS ONLY - PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: The meeting point location for your private tour will be in front of the McDonalds, near the top of the Santorini Cable Car. In case you experience any delays with the tendering and/or cable car process, you can call us or text us on WhatsApp and we will be able to postpone your pickup time to have sufficient time upfront to reach the meeting point location for your tour (McDonald's restaurant in Fira/Thira town if you are a cruise traveler).

What To Expect

1. Oia's Main Street OPTIONAL STOP: Visit the charming town of Oia, nestled in the hillsides. In case while vacationing in Santorini you are already staying in one of Oia's Hotels, this stop will be replaced with a different one by default to explore different parts of Santorini. 1 hour

2. Three Bells of Fira OPTIONAL STOP: Photo Stop at the Blue Dome Church in the artisan neighborhood of "Firostefani". Capture the amazing scenery of Santorini, including its lagoon and the towns hanging on the rim of the volcanic cliffs. 15 minutes

3. Monastery of Profitis Ilias OPTIONAL STOP: Enjoy scenic views of Mt. Prophet Elias, the highest peak of the island, above Pyrgos village. Gaze at 360-degree views of Santorini. Travelers who are afraid of heights can have this stop replaced with a different one. 30 minutes

4. Perissa Black Sand Beach OPTIONAL STOP: Relax at the Black sand beach of Perissa This is Santorini's widest and by far most popular beach. Step out of the tour van and walk in the actual sand to see what it is like walking in such a dry and volcanic environment. 30 minutes

5. Estate Argyros OPTIONAL STOP: For travelers who drink or enjoy wine, your tour may include a winery or brewery offering wine tastings. Tastings, drinks, and food are extra(not included in the tour price) and paid directly at the property based on what you order. This stop is optional. 30 minutes

6. Lighthouse OPTIONAL STOP: Enjoy a ride to the Santorini lighthouse, on the south corner of the island to discover the edge of Santorini. Gaze at panoramic 360-degree views of an area that is still somehow unspoiled by construction and tourism. 30 minutes

7. Ftelos Brewery Santorini OPTIONAL STOP: Enjoy a Beer Tasting at the Ftelos Brewery

8. Fira OPTIONAL STOP: Visit the Santorini's Capital town, Fira town (walk on your own)

9. Castelli of Pyrgos OPTIONAL STOP: Visit the Medieval Village of Pyrgos, in Santorini (walk on your own)

10. Kamari OPTIONAL STOP: Visit the black-sand beach of Kamari in the south coast, walk in the promenade with the cafes and restaurants

11. Imerovigli OPTIONAL STOP: Visit the area of Imerovigli hanging on top of the Santorini Flooded Volcanic Crater. See the Sugar-Cube Houses and the Ininifty Pools of Santorini hanging on the edge of the volcanic soils 30 minutes

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

It was amazing seeing all the unique aspects of Santorini including villages, beaches, historic parts, and cave houses. Our driver took us from one end of the island to the other.

Amazing tour of Santorini!

This tour was one of the top highlights of our trip to Greece/Croatia! From the beginning, Santorini Day Tours was quick to answer questions and accommodate a potential change in pick up time due to a delay from our cruise ship. Thankfully we were able to arrive on time, but we were so grateful for their team's assistance during the chaos. We booked the 6 hour tour and were assigned Apostol as our tour guide. Apostol was the best tour guide we could have asked for! He was very knowledgeable, insightful, accommodating and even thoughtful - towards the end of our tour, we saw the Montessori we visited at the beginning of the tour was covered by clouds and he mentioned he checks visibility every day to ensure the view from the top of the hill is the best possible at the ETA for each tour group he guides. I could go on and on, but this is just one example of how he really went above and beyond to make our experience so great. We would highly recommend this company and especially Apostol to anyone visiting Santorini.

We had an excel experience in Santorini. Our driver was very knowledgeable and we were able to avoid the crowds and get an authentic lunch at a local restaurant. We would definitely recommend this tour

Penny was an amazing tour guide. She was so receptive to our needs. For example we wanted to go off the beaten path so she took us to the little town of Pygros and we walked to the top of the town. Definitely a highlight of the trip. When we told her we were hungry, she had the driver stop at a quick but good gyro place and even went in and talked sternly to the owner/cook to speed things up. She was so knowledgable about the island and even showed us 400 year old grapevines. In addition, she was always willing to answer questions. She made our trip to Santorini so enjoyable and we would highly recommend her.
