Discover the scenery and historic landmarks around Lake Kawaguchi on a guided tour from Tokyo. Admire the views of Mt. Fuji as you see traditional houses, stunning pagodas, and the colorful flowers and plants of Oishi Park. Comfortable easy transport bus from Tokyo towards the Mt. Fuji area. Arakurayama Sengen Park. Admire the picture-perfect view of Chuureito pagoda with Mt. Fuji in the background. Kawaguchiko craft park right on the banks of Kawaguchi Lake.Take time to enjoy your lunch here and walk around the lake as you take in the scenic view of Mt. Fuji's reflection on the water. Oishi park which offers seasonal scenery with various types of flowers. Finally, stop by Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba which is located on the banks of Lake Saiko. Take a stroll through the village and marvel at the houses with thatched roofs which will give you a glimpse into life in Japan in the olden days. Conclude the tour at 6:00 PM when you will be dropped off in Shinjuku.

What To Expect

1. Chureito Pagoda Climb the stairs to the top of Mt. Arakura to enjoy one of the most famous view in the whole country: Chureito Pagoda with beautiful Mt.Fuji in the background 1 hour

2. Lake Kawaguchiko Have lunch next to the lake at Kawaguchiko Craftpark and enjoy a little walk around the lake to help with digestion! 2 hours

3. Oishi Park Head to Oishi park which offers seasonal scenery with various types of flowers all year long on the banks of Lake Kawaguchiko. Try taking pictures of flowers with Mt.Fuji's reflection on the lake in the background! 30 minutes

4. Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nemba Finally, stop by Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba which is located on the banks of Lake Saiko. Take a stroll through the village and marvel at the houses with thatched roofs which will give you a glimpse into life in Japan in the olden days. 1 hour

All departure location options are shuttle buses leading to the last departure location, 'Shinjuku LOVE Object'. If you don't want to ride a shuttle bus, please select the 'Shinjuku LOVE Object' departure location.
Please be aware that reaching the viewing platform next to Chureito Pagoda requires some climbing (stairs)

In November, the tour itinerary will slightly change to make sure you have the best experience of Japanese autumn in the Mt. Fuji area! In fact, after visiting Lake Kawaguchi Craft Park, we will move on to one of the lake’s best spots for foliage, a colorful corridor of more than 400 maple trees creating a unique fall atmosphere!
Our guide will be holding the flag shown in the picture at the meeting location.
Please be present at the right meeting point 10 minutes before the departure.
The bus will be departing on time (no exception).

In case of late arrivals / arrival at wrong location, regardless of contact prior to the departure time, refunds may not be granted. Contact us 24 hours before the departure for reschedule if there is any possiblity of late arrivals or to confirm the exact location..

If you are confused about meeting points, message us beforehand for more details. No refund request will be accepted for arrivals at wrong location.

It was a beautiful day and trip. The lunch was super good. The come back was really long cause the traffic jam, but the guides told us in the morning so we could organized. The heat was challenging, but it did not ruin our day.

Absolutely fantastic. Translators for both English and Chinese. George was very friendly and straightforward. Lots of time for freedom to adventure, and the food was amazing. Affordable but exceeded our expectations and is truly one of a kind.

Seeing Mt Fuji was amazing! George our tour guide was professional and so well equipped with his knowledge of the places we visited as well as the traditions. He was awesome!Our teenage son said this tour was definitely the highlight of our trip to Japan. Would highly recommend!
