Overview

Enjoy an half day small group tour to discover the beauty of the Tuscan wine country. Drive through vineyards, olive groves and cypress trees. Visit 2 wineries to discover the secrets of wine making, take pictures and taste different wines and olive oil paired with local Tuscan specialties.

Meeting Point

WHEN: 8:45am (if booked for 9am) 2:15pm (if booked for 2:30pm) WHERE: on the left side of the street, opposite to the parking lot HOW: Look/ask for the PRESTIGE RENT staff, close to a red flag and the checkin table

Minimum age to join the tour is 12 years old; infants are not allowed
Drinking age is 18 years old
Due to a few stairs to access wine cellars, this tour is not accessible for those using a wheelchair
Vegetarian & gluteen free, can be accommodated, please advise at time of booking under special requirements.
Wines tasted: reds typical of the Chianti region ( normally Chianti Classico, Riserva, Super Tuscans, Gran Selezione, etc.).
Operates rain or shine, please dress appropriately
Luggage can be stored on the bus during the tour, if needed
Return at departure point: 1:45pm for the 9.00am tour - 7:00pm for the 2:30pm tour. To reserve other activities, allow plenty of time, in case of heavy traffic, etc.
Visited wineries may vary depending on their availability, etc.; they may be 2 of the following Fattoria Montecchio, Casa Emma, San Michele a Torri, Villa Poggio Torselli, Podere Anselmo, Casa di Monte, Villa Collazzi, Villa i Langi, Tenuta San Vito, etc.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This was an amazing experience and all the reviews were accurate and the description. Highly recommend . We loved the second winery the best. For the red wine lovers this is definitely your tour, but do not worry white wine lovers there is some tastings for you as well. I am a white wine lover and really enjoyed it.

Two really good winery were visited! The guide, Raouf was really good and fun! Provides lots of explanations in our way in about the city and the winery that we were to visit. We even get more wines (8) to taste than expected (6) wich was pretty good! The oil tasting was also cool. Our guide also provide great restaurant recommandation and help us with the reservation so we can get the full and nice experience.

The wine tour exceeded my expectations. The wineries themselves were beautiful along with the Tuscan countryside. We had a nice group of people on the tour and plenty to snack on at each place.
