What To Expect

1. At over 200 meters above Dubai, the Sky Views observatory features a stunning 25m-long glass floor to give you exceptional views of the Burj Khalifa and the city below! Soak up the sights through a panoramic elevator with glass on three sides, and why not stop for a drink in the Panorama 52 restaurant? Included in your Sky Views ticket, is one ride on the outdoor Glass Slide, which propels visitors from level 53 down to level 52 in a transparent glass tube. Are you brave enough?

For sky views observatory, children above 3 years of age are allowed, the ticket price remains same.
Guests aged between 12 to 65 years are eligible for the glass slide and edge walk
Minors between 12 to 18 years of age require the consent of their parent/ guardian in person. Kids aged below 12 years are NOT allowed for edge walk and glass slide
Guests weighing from 50 to 100 kgs will be allowed for the glass slide and edge walk.
Guests with height ranging from 130 cm to 210 cm will be allowed for the glass slide and edge walk.
You are required to wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
