Pickup is available from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum & any place in the Riviera Maya. If you are in Cozumel, we can do the pickup at the ferry dock at Playa del Carmen. We pick you up at the lobby of your hotel or Airbnb. Suggested pickup time is 6:30 am but we are happy to accommodate the schedule to your wishes.

What To Expect

1. Chichen Itza Arrive EARLY, AVOID the crowds and have this MAGIC place to yourself. 3 hours

2. Enjoy the cenote by jumping with a rope or going down the stairs 1 hour

3. Valladolid Lunch in a local a la carte restaurant in the main square of Valladolid. You will taste authentic Mexican food. 1 hour

4. Walk & admire this BEAUTIFUL Colonial Town. 1 hour

The tour guide Abraham was excellent, personable and gave great detailed explanations of areas and events. I learned many things I did not know.

Abraham was a great guide for mine and my husband's private tour!! He was very nice and easy to talk too, extremely knowledgeable and made the whole experience really fun. We took us to a delicious lunch spot and beautiful cenotes! Wr couldn't have been happier with our experience.

First of all let’s talk about the booking experience .. A tour company is only as good as its staff & communication ... Carolina, Gabby and Fernanda were all super attentive accomodating to my every need! They were all on top of it and replied promptly .. I needed to mention them because it really set the pace of how this tour was going to go .. Now to the tour Oscar was THE BEST, his humble attitude and passion about the history of the Mayans was unmatched. He was in the lobby at 615am waiting for us already .. the AC and spacious vehicle was a major Bonus! Oscar showed a connection to the places he took us .. and really gave us an experience as if a friend was showing us around their home. The tour suggests a 6.30am pick up as many other reviews have said .. it is 100% worth it! As we were leaving the droves of buses were arriving ... I was happy to have gotten there at the time we did The Cenote was beautiful!!! The fresh water felt amazing and was a lovely addition to the tour. We were back at our hotel at 4pm! If time is something that matters to you .. I highly suggest this tour ... also there's no hidden fees like some of the more "affordable" tours. If you get Oscar you are definitely going to have an amazing time!!

5 starts A great experience from the moment Humberto the guide picked us from the hotel. He explained very well and taught us about the Mayan history. The temple is amazing. I will come back again..
