Transferring between Ho Chi Minh Saigon Airport and City Center by private car is the fastest and most relaxing way international tourists choose when traveling to Vietnam with a distance of 10km (Driving: 40 min). All our vehicles are carefully selected and in possession of all the licenses required by law. Our professional drivers will guarantee you maximum comfort for your transfer around Vietnam. Transfers from Airport to Hotel At the airport, either the driver or the airport attendant with a name board will greet the passenger at the exit gate outside the arrival lobby. Transfer from Hotel to Airport/or Hotel to Hotel The driver will park at the location specified by the passenger.

Pickup Details

Airport pick up (waiting time of 90 minutes): After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative/driver who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Non-Airport pick up (waiting time of 15 minutes): We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Please call/message the hotline if you can’t locate your driver.

You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
